Parking is available in the driveway, and many local attractions are a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for trips to Westgate, State Farm Stadium, and other local hotspots.Other Things to Note
✓ Violation of City of Avondale ordinances will result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of any paid fees.✓ Pool and hot tub heating is available at $75 per night, with a minimum of two nights.

We are located in a residential community. As such, we ask that you respect the neighbors. Specifically, between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM, noise should be kept to a minimum.Smoking Policy
Fees: $200 per day smoking or vaping fee. Smoking and vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property. Should you need to smoke or vape, please vacate the property to do so. There is a smoke monitor on site.Pets
We welcome pets as per your booking. Please respect the following requests to keep our home enjoyable for everyone:● A $60 pet fee applies.
● Ensure pets are kept off the furniture and beds.
● Clean up after your pet inside and outside the home.
● Do not leave pets unattended unless crated.
● Please keep pets leashed when outside.
Parties & Additional Guests
Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed for this suite is 4 people. Renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction.Same-Day Late Check-Ins: For same-day late check-ins, please obtain host approval before booking.
No Gatherings: Absolutely no parties, hosted lunches, dinners, or gatherings are allowed.
Additional Rules
No Parties or Events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed access to the property. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $350 per day.
Self Check-In: This is a self check-in property. Please follow the instructions provided via Airbnb before contacting the host.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. A $200 per day fee applies for violations.
Late Checkouts: Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100 fee. If checkout is more than two hours late, additional fees of $350 plus any lost income will apply.
Guest Fees: All guests, including infants, toddlers, and children, are subject to guest fees.
Property Damage: You agree not to damage the property or business in the event of a resolution agreement loss.
Parking: Parking is limited to the driveway. Violations will result in a $50 fee.
Note: Violation of any house rules may result in the cancellation of your booking, requiring immediate vacancy without refunds.
